All booking must require 5 hours minimum and 48hours cancellation. In order to cancel a booking reservation, you must speak with a live person. Confirmed booking must be cancelled in- advance or a cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation can only be made by talking with a live person. For example, cancellations may NOT be made via text or email or by leaving a voice mail. Cancellation Fees varies depending on the length of time of the booking and number of days booked.
